Pros

They have a good review on here, obviously written by HR/management, since they coined the phrase "trim the fat". They hire anyone, even if the person is underqualified, they will be given the job you were turned down for, and you will have to train them. Profit sharing, if there ever is any, hasnt been in quite some time. High dollar equipment and facility, even if no one is properly trained. Promotion and advances do not depend on work ethic, it is more about who you know, which upper management/new president you sit in your underwear and play xbox with. Or who you get drunk with.

Cons

Very top heavy, there are about 3 supervisors for every person in the warehouse. Not Foremen because that would mean they have to know how to run a machine. They mame overtime mandatory at the last minute becuase of poor planning. No room for growth. No room for a raise. If you report a problem or an issue or a safety hazard,No one cares and you are labeled a whiner. If is everyman for himeself. Be prepared to be stepped on and stabbed in the back and have your idea stolen and reclaimed.

Pros

They don't do layoffs (may have changed since being acquired by Alro, but Joe Klein never did it). Great opportunity for people in need of a start to their career. They will train a person with no experience and teach them a valuable trade skill, like running a laser, saw, shear, burn table, etc... Promotes from within.

Cons

inherently dangerous work environment. must constantly have a lot of PPE (hard hat, gloves, special boots, and safety glasses) cold in the winter. hot in the summer. LOUD Doesnt pay well enough to keep you there more than a couple years unless you get promoted. Pay raises do not match inflation. President openly stated in a team meeting to the entire company he "does not believe in cost of living increases". Rapid turn over means there are constantly new people, so mistakes are common, and sometimes dangerous.
