      Very Flexible Two bonuses a year Most employees are on First Shift (very small crew on third) Most Co-Workers are very nice (management is the problem) Team environment

      Cons

      Overtime without Compensation (this is frequent). Wage research is not done. No Appreciation of their employees. Employees are talked down to.

      Micromanaged environment Employees are exploited Impossible deadlines Overtime every other week No sympathy for employees or situations Managers go on power trips Unfair vacation, differs from one person to the next Lengthy time before evaluations/raises (up to 4 years) Owner is a hot head No value for employees Employees are talked down to Treated like you’re replaceable
