Product flaws, leading to uncertainty and client turnover; which never get resolved as employees fear backlash. Poor SOP's, no consistency in execution. Invoicing/billing failures to clients - too much dependant on India office (cultural/communication differences). Poor leadership direction, as constantly changing focus. Low morale. People in roles where experience doesn't match (no industry knowledge) ie, customer service manager; or bring no value to team, aside from pressure and cliche comments.
