1. Boutique financial services firm - interesting space to work in between the large banks and the online platforms. 2. Relatively new (in SG) - Bit of a start up feel (decentralized and empowered) combined with the Group's 10 year legacy. Got to be hands on but have the experts when needed. 3. Growth story - Has grown massively locally and globally. Global growth speaks opportunities beyond Asia Pacific into Europe and the Middle East. Local growth indicates the building of a strong base. 4. Annual Leave entitlement and Medical Insurance - Much better than others in the market

1. Smaller headcount - Not ideal for those who prefer to be in larger teams/organizations. 2. Adapting some aspects of Group legacy to SG practices is challenging - stakeholder management is key.
