Cons
Although the company roasts and brews great coffee, the CEO and family that runs the company doesn't really know how to manage well. The CEO obsessively micromanages and doesn't really understand what it takes to grow a company. He doesn't utilize his employees' strengths, and refuses to listen to them, at times putting them down. In fact, the whole family that manages will put you down at one point or another in a way that is unnecessarily rude and not constructive. All the employees that I talked to both in the warehouse and at the retail locations were not happy working there, and were merely using the job as a stepping stone to something else. Even the head roasters who arguably have the best job either left the company or were waiting to leave the company asap. The office workers worked so hard and so well, yet they were treated badly and hated working there. I would not recommend working there.
