- friendly workforce - excellent experience with quite good customer base - currently working to improve on their structure as a company but it's taking a while to set the ball rolling...

- need to work on HR and making them more approachable - Divided office when it comes to certain practices - strict working hours with no flexihours - contracted salary, paid hourly which doesn't add up. - standard procedures constantly change/get overridden due to the situation which then makes the procedures invalid all together.

A great place to learn about merchandising, product development, working with factories and working with buyers. Alt of responsibility and freedom given in terms of being able to arrange and hold your own meetings, complete comp shops and manage your own account.

Management and lack thereof could be frustrating. The office has no atmosphere, and can be noisy making it hard to work. Minimal incentives given and almost no praise for alot of hard work.
