This 6-7 year old company operates more like a 6-month old startup running out of the CEO’s garage. They lack a coherent strategy, training program, and competent leadership. The CEO is also the Sales Manager, which is a recipe for disaster. Their product is mediocre and the competition is fierce - both from other 3rd party vendors, but also from EMR companies that are expanding their own offering and cutting into Klara’s viability. With no lead-gen support, you will be blindly cold dialing into the abyss in the middle of a global pandemic. Stay far away from this place and keep looking for a better opportunity - literally anything else would be an improvement over Klara.
