Leadership is so toxic that this is an ideal example of what not to do as leaders. No safety for employees, no trust. Zero feedback. Zero transparency. Zero appreciation. Time spent on useless activities that doesn't result in customer value. Every person who understood that founders are incapable of running the company has been fired, this includes entire former leadership team minus the founders. Founders have demonstrated that they'll go at any length to protect their position and interests. They even asked employees to write positive reviews on glassdoor so don't believe the short positive reviews posted in the past year and a half. The company runs like an enterprise when it's a 30 person startup. Don't waste your time with this company.
