      Very branched products that are built with little to no teams Not a lot of expansion in new products in the US Work / Life balance is not great, worked many weekends and nights

      Management knows employees personally and is always available. Lets employees direct themselves without a lot of supervision while providing expert assistance when needed.

      Cons

      Small size means that there is not a lot of room to move horizontally.
