Pros

Kiwi owned Some genuinely nice people trying to do great mahi Most of the customers are great

Cons

Sell themselves as being inclusive, they don't follow through on this though in 'real life'. Some of the Team Leaders and People Leaders are terrible; disorganised and unable to lead The KPIs are unrealistic with what they are also asking-which is to sell more and more insurance
