Pros
Skypicker will let you grow both professionally and personally. Even in case you get an opportunity to work and be based out of the main office (or even abroad), you know that your team will always be there to back you up. At the same time you get a lot of freedom and flexibility to make your own decisions. Management will be there support you and always ask if there is any way how to help achieve your goals.
Cons
Can't think of any so far. Agree that the growth is really 'rocket' fast as well as changes that are happening. But that's a great opportunity to grow and contribute towards making things and processes better by ourselves.
