Could definitely use more vacation!

Working for different clients, makes it worthwhile. They have great causes and I feel like an employee of my clients not Kiwi Partners.

We advise clients, but we need help as a company. The office is so small, and certain days I don't have space to do my work. The managers do as they please and don't like change. The benefits are too expensive especially if you need family coverage. There is no yearly Cost of Living Adjustment increase and sometimes employees go years without a salary increase. The majority of our clients are closed between Christmas and New Year's Day but we have to use our own vacation days during that time. Our annual meetings are useless and don't change company. I don't see this company lasting or growing.
