Pros

Kiwee is not only about software, it is also about people. You don't need to worry about being treated like a workforce here. The CEO simply cares for people and animals. It is a small company that can feel like home. There is garden in the office that you can work in. There are fruits and good coffee available. There is no problem getting the hardware and accessories you need, you just ask for it. We work with MacBooks. The work hours are really flexible, there is no problem if you need to go to a doctor, you just let people know and do what you need to do. There is no overtime. You can work remotely. People are super nice. Employees come from many different countries, so you can get to know other cultures too. There are dogs and cats in the office. That's a good thing if you like them.

Cons

There are dogs and cats in the office. I think it's worth to mention, because it may be a problem if someone is allergic (but then again, they can work remotely).

Thank you very much for your review. We are glad that you feel so well with us. The workplace is essential, so we encourage our employees to come with their pets so that they don't stay more than eight hours alone. We believe creativity is sparked when you feel comfortable. We do like our coffee too :) We wish you all the best!

Pros

Starting work at Kiwee, on the one hand, closed my 17 years of experience working with the public sector, on the other hand, opened new opportunities for me. I didn't even know how wonderful these opportunities would be. Kiwee is first and foremost about people, who are the company's greatest asset. Everyone is comfortable being themselves, working from anywhere in the world, at any time. Working remotely at Kiwee is a thoughtful process that works for everyone. Attention to the customer and their needs, and the willingness to build each project by learning about the problem and matching possible solutions, indicates the company's high culture and business maturity. Frequent meetings in the framework of ongoing projects, and openness to new ideas of each team member allow them to develop their skills. From the first days, you are assigned a mentor who was once in the same place himself, so he introduces you to new responsibilities remembering what is most important in this process. The opportunity to improve one's skills by exchanging experiences with more experienced colleagues, and taking advantage of continuing education courses, are just some of the solutions Kiwee offers its employees. When you start working at Kiwee, you enter a family for which people, animals, and the nature that surrounds us are equally important. Caring for the climate is one of our daily tasks as a team. Working at Kiwee is not a short adventure, but a long and fascinating journey that you want to take. Mine is ongoing, and may it last as long as possible.

Cons

Maybe it's just that we drink coffee together online and not in a shared kitchen in the office, but we can always make an appointment for it in Wroclaw :)
