Starting work at Kiwee, on the one hand, closed my 17 years of experience working with the public sector, on the other hand, opened new opportunities for me. Attention to the customer and their needs, and the willingness to build each project by learning about the problem and matching possible solutions, indicates the company's high culture and business maturity. Frequent meetings in the framework of ongoing projects, and openness to new ideas of each team member allow them to develop their skills. From the first days, you are assigned a mentor who was once in the same place himself, so he introduces you to new responsibilities remembering what is most important in this process. The opportunity to improve one's skills by exchanging experiences with more experienced colleagues, and taking advantage of continuing education courses, are just some of the solutions Kiwee offers its employees. Maybe it's just that we drink coffee together online and not in a shared kitchen in the office, but we can always make an appointment for it in Wroclaw :)
