But While I valued the company's Higher Management ambience & positive work culture, the abrupt termination process overshadowed these experiences. Certain members of the management team, through unprofessional conduct and counterproductive decision-making, have created significant barriers to organizational growth. This is because during my tenure, I observed repeated instances of unprofessional behavior from the incharge of benchsale recruitment department, like failure to communicate, disregard for policies. These actions have undermined team morale and hindered progress on key initiatives, which is detrimental to the organization’s long-term success."
