      - interesting product to work on - lots of great Seniors doing good work

      Cons

      - really poor leadership and people management - lots of micro management from leadership - no career progression (e.g. role KPI's, performance targets etc) - no user research - unclear mission - copy + paste company values don't really mean anything - people being quietly fired for very little reason

      As any real startup, you have to work a lot, but it doesn’t mean working overnight. It means being sharp all the time.
