      Pros

      Building your own boutique, being your own boss, they have excellent training webinars, great products, no-hassle selling, all online.

      Cons

      You don't make a lot of money. It's purely based on sales commissions, I've only sold to one customer and I've been spending a lot of time on my boutique and setting up a facebook page for it, advertising all over the place. It's tough to get a sale.

      Pros

      Nice office location and jewelry discount was good. Attitudes of coworkers were often not very good.

      Cons

      It was often a loud and angry environment. People often worked on very tight deadlines.

      New business. It's free. No fees. No investment. Earn extra income. Earn up to 25% commission off of everything that you sell.
