- A majority senior staff that can be very hard on younger employees - Discrimination of all kinds among seniors (homophobia, transphobia, racism) - Absolutely zero ways to climb the corporate ladder if you're in a "no experience" position, like the Testers - Abysmall turnaround rate (20+ people per calendar year) - Constant forced use of paid vacations days, as, on occasion, there is zero work to do - A 2-3 shift system, making work/life balance extremely difficult as you'll have to change your sleep schedule each week - Constant hiring of extra temporary staff, when there is no work to be done
