Pros
Only good thing is pay/benefits. Not worth it IMO, saying the area is expensive.
Cons
management and sIf you’re looking for a workplace where incompetence thrives, favoritism runs rampant, and speaking up gets you punished, this is the perfect nightmare for you. Management is completely useless—supervisors have no clue how to run a team, let alone handle basic responsibilities. Instead of leading, they pick favorites, giving special treatment to a select few while overworking and mistreating everyone else. Supervisors openly abuse their power, belittling employees they don’t like while shielding their favorites from any real work. If you dare to speak up about the unfairness, be prepared for HR to come after you instead of the problem. HR exists solely to protect the company, not the employees. Complaints are ignored, and anyone who tries to address the toxic culture will either be punished, pushed out, or blacklisted. Morale is at an all-time low because employees know they are expendable, and favoritism dictates promotions, workload distribution, and even basic respect. There is no accountability, no professionalism, and no hope for improvement. If you value fairness, respect, and a healthy work environment, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. The only thing you’ll gain here is stress, frustration, and regret.upervisors have
