      Limited flexibility: 3 days mandatory days in the office Currently industry is suffering from inflation consequences , but expected to be recovered soon

      Really wonderful people and loved the company culture. Overall, a great place to work.

      Cons

      Low pay and very little room for growth. Benefits are not the best either.
