      They will overhire prior to a new store opening then dump half the new hires within a week of the opening, and claim some rubbish reason for terminating One of the VMs is a bully and really needs to reevaluate their treatment of staff

      Pros

      Most co-workers are friendly. Team members are helpful when the times get tough. Its all go go go , time moves quickly. There is a great variety of products to sell. Outside parking. Good discount on products. Great customers.

      Cons

      Poor management, They treat you like you have never worked before. During my time at this workplace, I experienced and witnessed repeated behaviors that created a stressful environment.
