      I love working for the KTU franchisees, I have worked for Phoenix and I currently work for Annapolis. I highly recommend people to work for small businesses and support them.

      The only con is because they are small businesses they cannot afford much benefits

      Flexible schedule Short Sales Cycle (2-3hours)

      Cons

      Poorly organized, every location is run differently because it is a franchise, CRM sucks, lead generation is slow, very little opportunity, unpredictable.
