      Zero Support Zero Communication Loads are rarely accurate often missing product, damaged or wrong products altogether. Running with old worn out trucks. All management is new and clueless. They don't even know how to run a route, get new customers or upsell. Place is a complete joke. Always asking you to do extra things and not be compensated for it even tho you're on commission.

      There are some good people that work there and get you through

      Too many managers and leaders who claim to have all this experience and knowledge but do not apply it. Constant finger pointing, no direction, no oversight, no leadership, no accountability, and way too many incompetent people in critical positions.
