Pros

All the staff are nice and very willing to help

Cons

The management are incapable of running a company. They employ staff based on forecasted income and then let them go when they don't win the business they thought they might. They blame all the bad reviews on the former owners, but this clearly isn't the case.

Pros

- Contemporary and stylish product setting Kitchen CUT apart from the rest of the market. - The foundation of the company's way of thinking is innovative which enables all members of the team to make suggestions and get involved in some of the decision making. - I felt so welcomed upon joining Kitchen CUT and everyone is very friendly and supportive. - Fortnightly 121s which allow for regular discussion of personal development and any issues with work load or current tasks in hand. Having worked for companies where 121s or appraisals never happened this is a huge benefit to working for Kitchen CUT. - There is guidance and delegation where necessary, however 95% of the time you are able to prioritise your own tasks and plan your days how you see fit, which is a welcomed change to previous experience of being micro-managed. - Overall I feel valued, listened to and a genuine part of the team as opposed to just another employee.

Cons

- With such complex technology, following updates or new releases of the software, there are teething issues which can take time to resolve. - Due to the rapid growth of the company, you have to be prepared to sometimes take on tasks which would not normally fall within your remit, however I feel as though this is a good way to learn more about other areas of the business.
