A very sociable place to work. Friendly people. Some opportunity for training, but not mentoring.

Mis-sold on a brand I would be working on in interview. Seems to be a lot of favoritism with certain people.

Flexible working hours, a never ending supply of free food and drink - beer, fruit, cake. Very sociable young crowd.

Lack of leadership, agency has no strategic direction which means people are leaving in droves - low morale - ego-maniac creative director - not a happy place to work and not a great one for the CV.
