Its Brazilian mafia basically. Brazilians hiring and promoting Brazilians. if you are not, probably don't bother because what Brazilian employees hired by their relatives are allowed to do would get you fired. They allow 5 min break after working for 4h. And 30 min break after 6h of work (but shifts are usually 6-7h long so it doesn't make sense to take 30 min break) Some managers speak very poor English which makes it challenging to understand what they want from you.
