The team is mission-driven, collaborative, warm, and dedicated, and team members contribute to interesting and innovative projects across the education space. In my time at Kitamba, I felt supported and empowered to grow professionally while also making a positive impact on students and families. I feel so lucky to have worked here and would highly recommend Kitamba to anyone with a passion for education and a commitment to educational equity.
