Pros
The list is long! The biggest one is the culture and the people who keep it alive. We work hard every day to achieve our mission, but everyone also cares deeply about each other along the way. There is drive and a sense of purpose but balance and an understanding of each person as a whole human with all of the complications that brings. Pros: remote, good salary and benefits, great culture, amazing people, fun retreats, freedom to work in the way that fits you best, genuine care from leadership, growing company, mission to help creators earn a living.
Cons
There aren't many cons! Lack of opportunities for promotion into a management position. Remote work means you don't get as much in person interaction.
