Pros
Location of office is near many restaurants, which is good as the office has nothing to offer to employees. They even keep a check of count of biscuits..employees are taking which is awful..
Cons
Too much politics in office in of100 employee...you have to constantly keep your manager happey by heavy buttering. Work ethics are zero..lost many good employees because of this. Fun activities every months are very childish . HR force to all the employees to write a good reviews and rating. Threatening us of a bad appraisal if not done. Each good reviews that you see is false. Its forced.don't trust at all. Engineers esp dont join if you really save your mental health..
