      Pros

      Excellent support and training for all employees. They have a training center that is out of this world. HR department that always takes employee needs very seriously. Core Value program that encourages employees to step up and take ownership of values and work ethic. This is the most positive start to working with a company I have ever had. Friends and family have noticed a difference in my happiness.

      Cons

      Sometimes a little stressful, but that is part of the body shop world.

      The kind people you can meet from the job.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Racism and abuse are tolerated, and management acts with childish behavior instead of professionalism. If you work hard, expect to be abused and overlooked rather than recognized. Boundaries are constantly crossed, with people dragging their personal lives into the workplace. Regional managers spend their time socializing and faking progress to report to ownership, offering no real support or leadership. This is not a safe or respectful place to work.
