      No room for people to grow. Come here if you want to stop your career. Senior management make it very difficult for you to leave by using notice and non-compete. Zero transparency on management practices.

      Very supportive environment and relaxed in contrast to other hedge funds. All the people there are open to help you if you need. Ideal place to work.
