- some growing pains that come with introducing / rolling out new processes but nothing worse than what I've seen at other jobs I've worked
No bonus, no 401k contribution. Overtime rare. 3% payraise. Nothing 2025. Layoffs yearly. No appreciation for employees. No in house HR. Firings to cut costs. Fewer people more work.
Lack of parts to do job. Constantly changing management.
