Pros
Great place to get experience. Management really is like a family and they are good-hearted people. My tires had prevented me from getting to work, and management helped me get new ones. I work at Raytheon now, but I still appreciate the lessons I learned from this place.
Just show up on time, and if you need help or have a question, ASK! Only time I saw people let go was if they didn't show up, or if the assumed they didn't need help and didn't ask for it.
Cons
Sometimes it can get slow. Management tries to keep workers busy though.
