      Bad leadership can seep into every fiber of an organization—and it often does. Evidenced here. -DE&I efforts very performative -Voiced opinions not often considered -Lack of processes/procedures -"Wearing a lot of hats" reeks of toxicity

      - Opportunity to work with great people - Very rewarding problems to solve - Lots of autonomy and an engineering-led mindset - Great work/life balance and upper management being great people to work with - Excellent benefits

      Cons

      - No concept of a Junior Software Engineer combined with the fact that folks at Kion are very talented makes it hard for people from non-traditional background to become engineers
