      Great pay until you reach your top-tier. Great employees. Jon cares about, his daughter does not even though she says she does.

      Cons

      They don't want to correct people that should be correct. Needs new management. Favoritism. Hr will back up management only. No female supervisors except in office, they won't allow it.

      Pros

      Great management. Great co-workers who are both very talented and hard-working. (of course, there are exceptions in any company) They work diligently to ensure employees are cared for, well-equipped, enabled, seen/heard, and appreciated.

      Cons

      Occasionally, some management decisions are made hastily and suboptimally.
