Managers are unreasonable and unprofessional. Most employees have high school diploma. If you are not Japanese, don't work here because you will be treat as a second class of citizen. Staff is not helpful because of jealousy. They will make sure that you leave the company if you have a bachelor's degree because they are afraid that you will make more than them
