Independence, easy to set own schedule
Cons
Very low pay, no merit or cost of living pay increases, very little communication with management. No pay for biweekly staff meetings. Administrative duties (scheduling patients) unpaid. My original job offer stated a bonus that was then removed from the contract. They only put it back because I asked. No opportunity for upward mobility.
