Your feedback about psychological safety is important. As our organization grows and our culture evolves, we welcome opportunities to learn what is working and what areas may need improvement. We are deeply committed to actualizing the Dare to Lead principles that you mentioned, and we acknowledge that we must work to create an environment that is free of any barriers to our team members feeling heard. I appreciate the chance to hear more feedback on how we can do even better in this area.
At Kinnect, we have several feedback channels in place. Our team regularly responds to surveys and requests for feedback, and we will continue to address the feedback that we receive and look for additional ways to get input. I also will continue to review the exit interview feedback with my leadership team, as well as the Board of Directors, and as we have done in the past, we will act on any issues that are shared in those interviews. Further, our external partners are extremely important to the work that we do. We regularly meet with them and will continue to seek out any feedback that they may wish to share.
Psychological safety is of the utmost importance in building an effective organization, and as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Kinnect, I remain committed to building an organization where our entire team and our partners can contribute to their greatest potential.
