      It is a small office that does high-end residential work with nice detail. Employees are involved in all aspects of projects. Great opportunity for growth. I had a good experience overall.

      Busy work schedule and deadlines. Mostly residential work, so less opportunity to work on different project types.

      Respectable entry level salary. Hours generally fine with occasional (needless) exceptions.

      Cons

      Somewhat dull and uninspiring office. Traditional work with high-end residential clients. Not given any real responsibility or opportunity to grow into a role. Jaded office atmosphere and environment.
