Pros
Literarly none, and there will be none as far as the current managment keeps running the company particularly the CEO and the CCO. those are the only two persons who decide even when the broken coffee mechine can be replaced.
Cons
*Incredible chaos within the company. * The company is mostly run by the CEO who intervenes in everything but literarly lacks the very basic skills for management and acts like a child who needs to be pampered. * Disgusting and intolerable organizational level. * No one knows who is responsible for what. *This company is run like a plane with a drunken captain (you can imagine the rest.. ). **Employees are frustrated due to the arbitrary (group) firing and dismissal with no reason but the lack of vision for the near tomorrow. *....And many many other crazy stuff that I don't want tp spend my time writing about.
