You better have thick SKIN - Project Coordinator Kingspan Employee Review

The workplace culture at Kingspan is very TOXIC. There is one person in specific that creates such an awful environment. The company allows this specific person to talk down to employees and treat visual minorities as if they are working on a plantation. If you work at Kingspan and have this specific person as a team lead, get prepared to encounter daily mental abuse, and hope you have thick skin to tolerate HER disrespectful behaviour. I have never worked for a company that allows and promotes this type of behaviour. This is why everyone who works in that particular department quits.
