Even though direct management is great and has the best interest of the employees at heart their hands are tied by the owners, Escalante Golf. Escalante is a sham of an investment company. They cannot afford to operate this resort. At times utilities have almost been shut off due to delinquent payments. The moment times get tough they start throwing people overboard.
