Pros

Plenty of experience to gain, good exposure, good incentives (occasionally)

Cons

Directors and senior management definitely need to gain more skill, to have broad knowledge, willingness to see individuals as a person and appreciate each other effort. The company is taking advantage of foreigners, by hiring non-resident foreigner and making them work long hours with no benefit. Depending on who’s your manager, you might be expected to work on weekends, public holiday, without compensation. Regardless your personal and/or health condition. Favoritism Teamwork can be good, depending on who is in your team. They can be somehow racist.

Pros

Honestly, no pros other than the office, which is really nicely built. Nearby accessible areas for food etc as well. I guess you get to work on cool projects as well. Some employees are nice and okay to work with.

Cons

Culture is incredibly toxic. Nasty employees and management gossiping about each other, throwing each other under buses. Culture is also incredibly hierarchical. Management expects you to know stuff immediately despite you being new - but yet doesn’t bother to teach you properly. Many employees within the company are stressed out, burnt out, yet underpaid. Also processes are extremely inefficient and slow, due to the traditional old school SME style of operating
