      Allonsfield is a fantastic place to work, largely due to the amazing manager ,senior management team. Their dedication to both staff and residents is clear in everything they do. They foster a supportive and positive environment. I'm proud to be part of this team

      Since joining the team I have been fully supported and not had any negative experiences.

      Supporting truly amazing people and working in a great team.

      Not getting paid for covid but not allowed to work either especially with the cost of living going up.

      Pros

      Large company but has a family feel to it. This really became apparent at the start of the pandemic. Hard work is rewarded.

      Cons

      Workload can be too much. This is mainly due to extra work generated by additional precautions/ paperwork required due to covid.
