It's a very good place to start your career, especially as an intern. The experience you gain is valuable, and the work environment is great with supportive people.
Cons
One thing I think could be improved is organizing employee events and activities. There aren't any company events, even for occasions such as the Avurudu festival, and having such events would help create a more engaging and enjoyable workplace.
