Okay pay for simple work

Terrible support from management and never get in contact with them.

Some co-workers were friendly and nice to talk to.

Where do I start? Lack of transparency with pay/pension scheme, total deception, no chance of taking holidays, and absolutely 0 regard for their employees. I spoke with the security guards there who said in the 20+ years working there not once did the 'higher ups' even acknowledge them. As a receptionist I had to tolerate some very abusive people who would swear at me if they forgot their pass and I had to follow procedure instead of letting them straight through. If they stomped their feet to complain, I was the one in trouble, they couldn't care less of the abuse I suffered when simply doing my job. You're literally treated like you don't matter at all and people are just allowed to abuse you, it's bizarre. Thankfully I got out at just the right time and was accepted into a company with much better ethics.
