Awesome pay great staff; I get to meet new people everyday in the customer service industry. I love talking to people and helping people better themselves.

None really to speak of; except I wish there were more hours in a day! Everybody is really nice and the team looks out for each other and helps each other out!

Get to meet outgoing upbeat people & make some life long friends

Dont get base pay unless you work 7 days a week, no overtime, outside in the field for 8+ hours pestering people to get their windshields fixed. You can travel but thats only if you're doing good enough to be sent out. Have to average 5 cars a day but with the locations you're being sent to its basically impossible unless you're the only one there & you talk to anyone & everyone who walks out the store. The job description says at your own pace but if you dont move fast enough for them then you get fired. Its literally commission only pay, no base pay. Even the employees that have been working there for a good minute said they didnt get base pay either. Owner/boss is very selfish & doesnt care about his employees & what they have to do. All he cares about is getting his money & thats it. Its like the triangle scheme, you dont get anything & everything goes to the boss
