I have have had the pleasure of working for King Tide for over 4 years. I came into the company with zero knowledge and have become an expert in digital marketing, project management, business development, business operations, website/MVP development, design and so much more. One of the main pros is you will learn SO MUCH and work on very fun/diverse projects. The team is extremely fun, talented and always willing to lend a hand. We have a flexible schedule and are able to work from home whenever needed. Upper management is very hardworking, constantly helping out and always looking for ways to keep their employees happy. Tons of benefits including Health, 401k and lots of vacation time.

Too many projects and not enough resources. Also, parking can be a bit of a challenge.
