Thank you for your feedback, it is certainly helpful to understand expectations. To further enhance the learning opportunities for our team, the company has also made several senior hires as well as industry experts. We have taken note of the working hours concern, and are working towards making improvements.

Pros

Kinexcs offers a true startup experience with a lot of exposure, ownership, and opportunities to learn beyond your formal role. If you are proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative, there is a lot of room to grow both professionally and personally. You get to work across functions, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain hands on experience in a dynamic environment. It can be a very valuable place for someone who wants to build resilience, broaden their skill set, and understand how a startup really operates.

Cons

As with many startups, the environment can be chaotic at times and working hours may be long depending on the stage of the business and project demands. Expectations can be high, and the pace may not suit someone looking for a very structured or predictable role.

Pros

The role provided good exposure to both financial and management accounting work. Colleagues were approachable and supportive especially during my initial onboarding period and there was a collaborative team environment at times. Overall, it provided meaningful responsibilities and good learning opportunities in day-to-day accounting tasks.

Cons

The role often required handling multiple tasks at once and adjusting quickly to changing priorities during busy periods.
