      Pros

      Got to work on cutting edge technology. Worked with some of the brightest engineers in the industry. The company had some well-positioned products in the market.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment, below par management. Getting ideas communicated with upper management was a bit difficult. Salary and stock options were not on par with the industry.

      Too many big pocketed competitors with pull to prevent the Market from growing outside the slow pace of telecom.
