Pros

Flexible hours. Pretty quite work area. Can be pretty fun when they do things for employees. Pet friendly although some of the pets poop and pee wherever they want.

Cons

They contract their IT work out to another local MSP. I hear they now have in house and contracted work. Just ask Arizona Newspaper Association. They have a program called spectyre that records your screen. Husband and wife team that run the business. It's clear they are not together any longer but one runs the Business side of things and the other runs the DEV side of things.

Kinetik IT Response

Kinetik IT has an in-house, employee staffed, IT department. We do not contract out our services. Unfortunately, at some point in time Kinetik IT had several unethical employees who were taking advantage of our company. We implemented a strategy to monitor the behavior to protect the company and the other employees who work hard and maintain a high work ethic. Kinetik IT is a pet friendly company. We have a designated outdoor area for relief. It happens very seldom our furry friends have accidents, but once in a while a minor clean-up is needed. Our company does allow our furry-friends who spend the day with their owners, free rein to visit with other employees and pets. Kinetik IT has been in business for over 30 years. Integrity and ethics are important to us and we employ a staff who share those same values. We wish any former employee the best in their future career endeavors.

Pros

Good people to spend time with on a personal level

Cons

Beyond the singular pro, everything was challenging, difficult, and frustrating. Trying to do the right thing clients was met by internal resistance for financial profit motives.
